Attribution of rights

Unless otherwise stated by EZEJ Platform, the ownership (including copyright, trademark right, software copyright, patent right, trade secret and other related rights) of all self-developed technologies, software and programs involved in EZEJ Platform shall belong to EZEJ Platform. Without the written permission of EZEJ Platform, no one shall monitor, copy, transmit, display, mirror, upload or download the above rights content of EZEJ Platform through robots, spiders or other programs or devices without authorization. If you use the above information without authorization, you may violate the relevant rights of EZEJ platform or its affiliates. EZEJ Platform has the right to pursue the relevant infringers for illegal infringement and reserves the right to pursue them.

Products, data and other information generated by manufacturers, merchants and other users of the EZEJ Platform using software technologies related to the EZEJ Platform (including but not limited to: text, ICONS, images, photos, diagrams, color combinations, layout design, etc.) are limited to use on the EZEJ Platform. If the relevant products, data or other information generated through the use of the relevant software technology of the EZEJ platform is used for other platforms or other ways of production and use, the consent of the EZEJ platform is required.

​ You are responsible for the actions you upload on your own. If your behavior involves the above circumstances or violates the mandatory provisions of relevant laws, regulations and judicial interpretations of the People's Republic of China and the circumstances stipulated in Article 6 and Article 7 of the Terms of Service of EZEJ Platform, EZEJ Platform has the right to give you a warning, remove pictures, cancel orders, close accounts, etc., depending on the seriousness of the circumstances. If your own actions cause damage to manufacturers, merchants or other platform users and relevant rights holders, the relevant responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you, and EZEJ Platform reserves the right to trace relevant legal responsibilities to you.

Limitation of liability

The product information of EZEJ Platform (including but not limited to: company name, contact person and contact information, product description and description, related pictures, etc.) shall be provided and uploaded by the user, and the user shall bear the corresponding legal responsibility for the information provided and uploaded. If the EZEJ Platform has agreed otherwise, it will be made clear to you in the relevant agreement or other legal text.

The relevant information (including news, announcements, forum content, etc.) reproduced on the EZEJ platform for the purpose of conveying more information does not mean that we agree with its views or have confirmed the authenticity of its content.

Intellectual property protection

We respect intellectual property rights and oppose and combat violations of intellectual property rights. If the intellectual property rights holder believes that the content of EZEJ platform (including but not limited to the pictures and commodity information published by users of EZEJ Platform) infringes his legitimate rights and interests, he may contact us at the first time and provide us with preliminary evidence of infringement. We will deal with it in a timely manner in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and EZEJ Platform rules after receiving the notification of qualification from the intellectual property right holder.
